1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care, beauty, or cosmetic items

  • Perishable goods or products with short shelf lives

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — processing times can vary.

  3. If you have done both and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@soviaglow.com for assistance.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

5. Return Shipping

  • Sovia Glow covers return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

  • For other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied during return shipment.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still return it in accordance with our return policy.
